Each year as Fall approaches I get excited to begin the season"s hunt for the pieces I'll add to my repertoire of cold weather wear. I usually begin by scouring my fave online stores for the newest fall fashions to get ideas of what new trends I love, and what I want to look for. Leather is always a staple for cold weather, and this year it is especially on trend, in all leather pieces, and in smaller doses like this jacket. The moment I spotted it in TJ Max I knew it was going in my closet. From the classic black & white woven tweed looking bodice to the leather sleeves, this jacket strikes the perfect mix of classic & edgy. I paired it here with my comfy boyfriend jeans and heels, but it will pair perfectly with the same top, a pair of leather leggings and boots once there's snow on the ground. I have a feeling I'll be getting a lot of mileage out of this jacket all season long.

I'm loving the trend of mixing prints. I've got it going on in small doses with this outfit, pairing tortoise in my necklace and bracelet, with leopard print heels.Adding an emerald green purse is the perfect pop of deep color to help balance out all the print. I'm so excited for cooler weather! & we can't wait to share some of
